Nothing to install and nothing to replace. On Square the voucher scans straight into the till's own gift card screen; on any other system your team scans it with a phone and puts it through as a tender, the way they would any gift card. Deeper POS integrations come later.

Nothing upfront and no monthly fee. iGotU takes 5% of each voucher sold, and that's your only cost — so it only ever costs you a share of revenue you wouldn't otherwise have had. The customer pays a separate 2% service fee on top of your menu price, which doesn't come out of your side.
No. Any phone or tablet with a camera can scan the QR code. There's no terminal to install and nothing to replace.
The sale is made the moment a voucher is bought, and funds pay out on your normal settlement schedule — typically before the guest has even walked in.
The balance stays on their voucher for the next visit. A $100 voucher spent down to $55 leaves $45 for them to come back and use.
Three years, in line with Australian gift card law. Guests get reminders as the date approaches so they come back and spend it.
